We’re growing our Events team in San Antonio and looking for confident, outgoing individuals to join upcoming live promotional campaigns across the city.
This is a face-to-face customer engagement role where you’ll work at pop-up events, retail activations, and busy public venues representing well-known brands and speaking directly with customers.

What You’ll Be DoingAs a Special Event Assistant, you’ll help create engaging customer experiences at live promotional sites throughout San Antonio.
Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with customers at pop-up events and promotional locations
- Introducing customers to products, services, and current offers
- Creating positive and memorable customer interactions
- Supporting event setup and campaign activities
Assisting customers with questions and registrations - Working alongside a supportive team in busy event environments
- Representing brands professionally and confidently
Campaigns take place across:
- Community events
- Promotional event spaces throughout San Antonio
This is an in-person role suited to individuals who enjoy interacting with people rather than sitting behind a desk all day.
