Responsibilities- Providing exceptional customer care
- Greeting clients and answering incoming calls
- Booking and rebooking appointments
- Checking clients in and out
- Answering emails and other correspondence
- Supporting in‑spa sales efforts by educating clients on services, promotions, and skincare products, and encouraging rebooking and treatment plans to enhance the client experience
- 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a beauty enhancement environment (e.g., Medspa, salon with spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery office)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn
Full-time, 8:30 - 4:30, Monday-Friday, with the possibility of occasional Saturday shifts.
CompensationSalary: $18 per hour plus bonus based on experience.
