International SOS is seeking a Customer Service Executive for the Global First Call Desk in San Antonio, Texas. This role is to assist U.S. military personnel and their families with medical inquiries and access to the TRICARE Overseas Program.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in customer service, particularly in call centers, and be proficient in using Salesforce CRM. This is a fully office-based position with required shifts, training, and a starting pay of $20 per hour.
