Position: General Office / Customer Service Rep

General Office / Customer Service Representative PART TIME

Part Time Must be able to work weekends.

We are looking for a motivated and friendly General Office/Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you possess strong communication skills and have a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!

Job Summary:

The General Office/Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance via phone and in-person interactions. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various administrative tasks while ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and in-person promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist in managing office tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Process fuel orders.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy office environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
    Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Quick Books is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
