Fraud Representative

About the Role

The Fraud Representative is responsible for conducting investigations into suspected fraud committed against supported clients and their customers. This includes proactively discovering potential fraud through in‑depth analysis of account activity, generating reports, and responding to reported claims of fraud.

• Investigate suspected fraud reports across accounts and platforms.
• Analyze data to detect patterns of fraudulent activity.
• Gather information from customers and internal teams to build cases.
• Remediate fraudulent activity and provide resolutions.
• Document rationale and determination for each report.
• Follow up with customers and contacts to ensure resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of sensitive information.
• Help design and improve fraud detection processes.

• At least 1 year of customer support or financial crime investigation experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis techniques and pattern detection.
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and customers.
• Self‑driven, resourceful, persistent, and productive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Suite.
• Ability to think creatively to solve complex fraud issues.
• Experience with Mac OS is preferred.
• Bonus: ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
