Front Desk Operations Specialist / Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Operations Specialist / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining a welcoming environment, providing support to residents, visitors, and employees, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Take and relay messages
- Provide information to callers
- Greet persons entering organization
- Direct persons to correct departments or staff
