Managing customer onboarding and operational processes, the full-time Customer Success Operations Specialist will ensure accurate account setup, pricing management, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities- Lead customer onboarding activities to ensure accurate and efficient setup for new customers
- Manage account setup, pricing configuration, and system administration to support customer operations
- Maintain and improve operational workflows, ensuring consistency and scalability as the business grows
- 2+ years of experience in customer success operations, sales operations, or a related role
- Experience managing customer onboarding and account setup processes
- Proficiency with CRM systems and reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills to identify operational inefficiencies and drive improvements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
