We’re a fast-growing SaaS company revolutionizing the commercial real estate industry with innovative technology that simplifies deal tracking, invoicing, leasing, and asset optimization. Our clients are Brokers and Brokerages of all sizes who rely on our platform to maximize the performance of their CRE firms.

Position Summary

The Customer Success Manager plays a key role in ensuring the long‑term success of our clients. Working remotely as part of the Customer Success/Account Management team, you’ll serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for our users, guiding them to achieve measurable results through the Dealius platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Support to build strong, lasting relationships that drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion.

You will report directly to the Chief Experience Officer, Kristina Bousalem, and help shape a best‑in‑class customer experience for our rapidly growing client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new clients and guide them through a smooth implementation process
  • Develop deep understanding of client business goals and align them with platform capabilities
  • Provide proactive support, regular check‑ins, and strategic reviews to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and collaborate with sales teams
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to influence product development and prioritization
  • Analyze usage data and create actionable insights to maximize client success
  • Resolve escalated issues with urgency and empathy
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS environment
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate operations and challenges (minimum 2 years’ experience required)
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Tech‑savvy with the ability to translate complex solutions into client value
  • Experience with CRM tools — including at least 3 years using Hub Spot — as well as Zendesk, analytics platforms (User Pilot), and customer success software
