Responsibilities
Responsible for customer service and member education functions of the Care Link program. Provides excellent customer service assistance to all customers/members while serving as a liaison between members and the providers. Educates members and the community regarding benefits, requirements and other components of the Care Link program. Must have sound knowledge of schedule of benefits and how it relates to other funding sources.
Education/ Experience
Education/Experience High school graduation or its equivalency is required. One year of college level courses in business, health care administration or related courses is preferred. Minimum of one year related insurance experience is preferred. Health care problem resolution experience is preferred.
