Job OverviewCustomer Service & Retail Front Desk Associate – Experienced & Entry Level Positions Available!
What We Offer- Full-time and part‑time schedules

We provide paid training where trainees earn at least $15/hour. After training, pay can increase to up to $18/hour.
Job Responsibilities- Intake and assist walk‑ins, appointments, and returning customers
- Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for auto work
- Answer phones and return customer calls
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist the manager with daily parts returns
- Ensure accuracy when ordering parts
- Input documentation on all calls and follow‑up with callers as needed
- Confirm all mobile job parts and materials before dispatching drivers
- Open new accounts and maintain existing accounts
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus
- Prior phone or call center experience is a plus
