Globaltize is seeking a bilingual Customer Support & Sales Representative to engage English- and Spanish-speaking borrowers, convert leads, and guide applicants from inquiry to closing. This remote role is US-based and aligned to the EST time zone.
You will handle inbound/outbound calls, conduct 5–10 minute loan applications over the phone, assist with portal registration and document uploads, and maintain CRM records to drive timely funding within a 7–10 day cycle.
