Disability Services of the Southwest in San Antonio seeks a Customer Service Representative to accept or assist with inquiries, referrals, questions and complaints, coordinating with offices and departments to ensure timely responses.
The role requires strong communication, problem solving and teamwork, with bilingual Spanish preferred. Candidates should have customer service experience and basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel). Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
