Ticket Agent

San Antonio, Texas

Part‑time, up to 30 hours per week; availability on days, nights, and weekends as needed.

$15 per hour plus access to preferred seats for select performances and flexible schedule.

• Sell tickets for all ATG Entertainment venues in San Antonio, including Majestic Theatre, Charline McCombs Empire Theatre, The Espee, and other locations.
• Assist patrons with ticketing needs and questions in person, by email, or over the phone.
• Work with marketing and premium services to fulfill ticketing requirements.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist Broadway season subscribers with ticket sales and exchanges on two ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with the box office, marketing, theatre services, and production teams on ticketing needs.
• Work event days and nights; box office opens 3 hours before ticketed time and closes 30 minutes after, varying by production.

• At least 6 months of ticketing and/or customer‑service experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self‑motivated, team player, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient with Windows programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with the Audience View ticketing system and/or Archtics is a plus.
• Ability to resolve customer conflicts.
• Bilingual language skills are a plus.
