What You'll Do Guest & Team Phone Support- Professionally answer incoming phone calls from guests and team members.
- Deliver outstanding hospitality through friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service.
- Resolve guest questions, concerns, and basic service issues or direct them to the appropriate department or manager.
- Provide accurate information regarding menu items, store locations, hours of operation, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
- Support restaurant team members by relaying messages and operational information.
- Maintain a calm, positive, and professional attitude during high-volume business periods.
- Document guest interactions and follow up as needed.
- Ensure information shared with guests and team members is accurate and consistent.
- Communicate guest feedback and concerns promptly to leadership.
- Follow company standards for guest service, communication, and confidentiality.
- Escalate complex guest concerns or operational issues to the appropriate manager.
- Previous experience in guest service, hospitality, customer service, or call center support preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and professional phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Frequent use of phones and computers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment.
- Prompt and professional handling of guest and team member calls.
- Positive guest feedback and exceptional hospitality.
- Accurate communication with restaurant teams.
- Timely resolution or escalation of guest concerns.
- Supporting restaurant operations through dependable communication and outstanding service.
