What You'll Do Guest & Team Phone Support
  • Professionally answer incoming phone calls from guests and team members.
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality through friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service.
  • Resolve guest questions, concerns, and basic service issues or direct them to the appropriate department or manager.
  • Provide accurate information regarding menu items, store locations, hours of operation, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
  • Support restaurant team members by relaying messages and operational information.
  • Maintain a calm, positive, and professional attitude during high-volume business periods.
Communication & Accuracy
  • Document guest interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Ensure information shared with guests and team members is accurate and consistent.
  • Communicate guest feedback and concerns promptly to leadership.
  • Follow company standards for guest service, communication, and confidentiality.
  • Escalate complex guest concerns or operational issues to the appropriate manager.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in guest service, hospitality, customer service, or call center support preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and professional phone etiquette.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility.
Physical & Work Requirements
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Frequent use of phones and computers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment.
