About the Role

As a BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers, helping them understand our financing program and setting them up for success. You will be instrumental in lead generation, customer retention, and digital marketing, all while ensuring that our dealership reaches more people and keeps them engaged.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
    • Make outbound calls to potential customers inquiring about our Buy Here Pay Here program.
    • Follow up with leads from online inquiries, phone calls, and social media interactions.
    • Set and confirm appointments for customers to visit the dealership.
    • Re-engage cold leads and follow up with customers who visited but didn’t purchase.
  • Customer Service & Retention
    • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering questions about financing options and inventory.
    • Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular check-ins and referral requests.
    • Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction and offer further assistance.
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
    • Create and post engaging content on Facebook to highlight inventory, promotions, and customer success stories.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely manner.
    • Assist in updating the dealership’s website and online listings to keep inventory and promotions current.
  • Appointment Scheduling & CRM Management
    • Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track calls, follow-ups, and appointments.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with the sales team.
    • Ensure all leads are properly recorded and followed up on.
  • Overcoming Objections & Improving Sales Efforts
    • Handle customer concerns regarding financing or vehicle options and work to keep them engaged.
    • Provide valuable feedback to the sales and management team to improve the customer experience.
    What We’re Looking For
    • Bilingual (Spanish & English): Ability to assist a diverse customer base.
    • Reliability: Dependable, motivated, and able to take initiative.
    • Strong Communication

      Skills:

      Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Customer Service/Sales

      Experience:

      Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
    • Organized & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Social Media Savvy: Experience in content creation and engagement.
    • CRM Familiarity: Experience with CRM software is a plus, but not required.
    • Positive Attitude: A strong drive to succeed and contribute to team success.
