Inmate Calling Solutions, LLC (ICSolutions) seeks a Bilingual Call Center Agent to provide top-tier customer service for its PSPC product. The role requires handling inbound and outbound calls from existing and new customers while maintaining a courteous, efficient approach.
Must be able to work Wednesday–Saturday, 8am–7pm. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and basic accounting familiarity; training on the product will be provided.
