TKC Holdings, Inc., including Trinity Services Group, Keefe Group, and ICSolutions, is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Agent in San Antonio, TX to handle inbound and outbound calls for the PSPC product. The role requires working Wednesday–Saturday 8am–7pm and delivering courteous service.
You will answer calls, quote rates, open accounts, and post payments while maintaining accurate records. A high school diploma, 2–4 years customer service, and strong communication skills are required.
