Kid Strong Alamo Ranch is seeking a friendly Member Experience Associate to be the first face families meet and to support enrollment through trials and memberships. This role blends front desk duties with member management in a fast-paced, kid-focused environment.
You'll answer phones, help families with class information, attendance updates, and coordinate scheduling while maintaining a clean, welcoming center. Some weekend availability is preferred.
