Auto Glass Service Advisor​/Shop Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Auto Glass Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their vehicle service needs while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing service appointments, assisting shop technicians, and facilitating communication between customers and the installation team.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services or repairs.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
• Assist install technicians when needed
• Pick up parts when needed
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience in cash handling and managing financial transactions.
• Knowledge of auto glass repair and replacement is a plus.
• Familiarity with auto glass replacement practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
