Client Success Associate Job Description
The Client Success Associate supports the customer success team by managing client accounts, resolving complex issues, and driving client retention and growth. This role focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare clients, ensuring adherence to laboratory quality standards, and delivering data-driven insights through regular analytical reporting. The position requires a blend of customer success, business operations, and account management experience, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement within a mission-driven, non-profit environment.
Responsibilities- Manage and support a portfolio of healthcare client accounts, ensuring strong relationships, customer satisfaction, and successful account growth.
- Resolve client issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, accurate, and compliant customer support.
- Analyze customer and operational data to develop reports, present insights, and support strategic account reviews and decision-making.
- Identify retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining accurate client records and driving continuous process improvements.
- Three or more years of experience in business operations, customer success, account management, or a relevant leadership role with negotiation, growth, and customer success or client engagement responsibilities.
- Proven experience managing large enterprise to mid-market healthcare clients.
- Proficiency with customer service and ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Halo, and Service Now.
- Strong skills using Microsoft Office and the broader Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Teams.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex customer issues using multiple tools and systems.
- Experience in account coordination, client engagement, and customer success within a structured business environment.
This role follows a Friday-Tuesday schedule from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with initial training conducted Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work takes place in a well-lit, air-conditioned office environment designed for comfort and focus. The position involves regular use of computers and office equipment, requiring manual and finger dexterity, eye-hand coordination, and normal or corrected vision and hearing.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
