Call Center Representative

Role Overview

The Call Center Representative provides exceptional customer service by handling high volumes of inbound calls, assisting with account inquiries, transactions, and benefits information related to cardholder accounts. This onsite position requires managing multiple applications while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

• Managing inbound calls efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Accessing and updating customer accounts accurately.
• Providing clear, empathetic communication and resolving customer issues.
• Supporting team operations during peak times or absences.
• Maintaining knowledge of programs, policies, and technology.

• At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience.
• Effective communicator with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple screens and applications.
• Commitment to 100% attendance during training.

• Complete a 3-week paid training program with assessments.
• Reside within 35 miles of the worksite in San Antonio, TX.
• Pass background, credit, and fingerprint checks.
• Work scheduled shifts from 11am to 8pm or 2pm to 11pm, with applicable shift differentials.
• Earn $15/hr, with opportunities for incentives and benefits including health coverage, paid time off, and career growth.
