Flexible Schedule Front Desk Agent

** this position does not have any expectation of a set schedule or guarantee of hours.shifts will be posted to the group of flex front desk agents on a first-come, first-served basis and can be accepted as your availability allows.**

here are just a few responsibilities you will have throughout your day:

• you will ensure smooth operations and service by effectively communicating with your team members, property management, and residents/guests.
• follow property-specific systems for receiving and signing for deliveries to ensure efficient delivery to residents.
• facilitate contractor arrivals and departures, as well as realtor/potential homebuyer/renter visits.
• advise and remind residents and guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the property management.
• follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
• promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
• look sharp in your supplied uniform.
• enjoy interacting with the residents.
