Uni First is seeking a Customer Service Agent to be onsite at 3067 East Commerce Street, San Antonio, TX 78220. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails, manage accounts, and process refunds, replacements, invoices, and item adjustments across three systems.
The right candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, empathetic, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment while meeting KPIs such as CSAT, QA scores, and adherence.
