P&C Insurance Customer Service Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)

Pay:$21.47/hr (Licensed) + Uncapped Incentives

About the Role:

We're seeking customer-focused professionals to support small business clients by delivering exceptional service and resolving policy-related questions. This is a fully inbound role with no cold calling, offering training, career growth, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

+ Handle inbound calls and follow up on online applications

+ Assist customers with coverage, billing, and policy-related questions

+ Provide prompt service with a focus on first-call resolution

+ Accurately document customer interactions and update records

+ Manage multiple systems while balancing calls, documentation, and follow-ups

+ Support customer retention and overall client satisfaction

+ Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

Required:

+ Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License

+ Customer service, call center, or client support experience

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to multitask and learn new systems

+ Dependable with a customer-first mindset

Preferred:

+ Insurance customer service experience

+ Associate's degree

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.47 - $21.47/hr.
