Insurance Representative

Afni is hiring a Remote Insurance Representative to support customers for leading insurance brands. In this full-time role, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, explain insurance products, answer policy questions, update account information, and guide customers through billing, claims, and coverage options. You'll use CRM tools to document interactions accurately, meet quality and performance goals, and may upsell or cross-sell products.
