Customer Service Representative

We are growing! We are a customer and employee focused industry company. We are interviewing for an experienced CSR with 2 years of experience. Monday-Friday. Paid vacation and holidays. Full time (40 hrs weekly) $13.50 an hour plus weekly bonus opportunity. The position requires phone, sales and computer skills, scheduling, customer satisfaction resolution, and date entry.

• Respond to a variety of customers via phone, email and other communication channels
• Help build relationships with our customers and provide an experience beyond their expectations
• Proven experience to listen effectively and communicate solutions to customers both orally and through written communication in a positive manner
• Ability to multi-task while maintining integrity and quality of service to our customers
• Perform administrative functions including data entry, payment processing, and supply inventory
• Assist with personnel management, including hiring and recruiting functions
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

• Minimum two years experience with one company
• Bi-lingual Spanish and English
• Strong interpersonal oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
• Must possess a passion to help customers and team members
• Valid driver license
