ResponsibilitiesManage customer accounts by creating, updating, and maintaining accurate records and transaction histories.
Handle inquiries related to account balances, payments, loan status, and account concerns with professionalism.
Work with customers to collect past due balances.
Identify and present loan options based on customer eligibility and account history.
Gather information from new clients and complete electronic documentation to open new accounts.
Work toward monthly performance goals, including collections, outbound, and inbound calls.
Deliver a great customer service experience.
Collaborate with regional team members to ensure completeness of customer files.
CompensationPay range: $18-$20
