Job Summary:

The General Office/Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance via phone and in-person interactions. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various administrative tasks while ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers.

• - Respond to customer inquiries via phone and in-person promptly and professionally.
• - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• - Assist in managing office tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
• - Process fuel orders.
• - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
• - Maintain an organized and tidy office environment.
• - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• - Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

• - High school diploma or equivalent;
  Associate's degree preferred.
• - Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
• - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• - Experience in Quick Books is a plus.
• - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
