** Five days per week with open availability required Monday through Sunday. Specific days will be assigned based on business needs.

** Pay Rate*
* 1st Shift $22.68/hour

2nd Shift $24.38/hour

** What You'll Do*
* As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the trusted resource for customers and end users, providing support through outbound calls and other communication channels. You'll help users understand platform functionality, resolve issues efficiently, and create positive customer experiences.

** Key Responsibilities*
* Educate users on platform features and processes

Conduct outbound calls and assist customers with a variety of inquiries

Resolve customer issues with empathy, professionalism, and urgency

Meet daily performance goals and key metrics

Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining productivity

Collaborate with Team Leads, Quality Analysts, SMEs, and Operations Managers when escalations are needed

Stay informed on client operations, policies, and procedures

Communicate effectively with internal teams and client contacts

** What We're Looking For*
* ** Required Qualifications*
* Minimum 2 years of customer service or customer support experience

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to successfully complete a background check

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Professionalism, accountability, and integrity

** Preferred Qualifications*
* Concierge, hospitality, or customer-facing service experience

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Strong time-management skills and ability to meet performance goals

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
