Customer Fulfillment Agent

About the role:

We are a fast-growing company currently looking for Customer Fulfillment Agents to provide customers with world class customer service by determining call requirements, responding to inquiries, resolving customer issues, and accurately processing product orders.

This is a Hybrid work model. All new hire training will be conducted on site at our San Antonio location. In addition, all skill-based and performance enhancement training will be conducted in person on site.

• Hybrid work except all new hire training and additional skill-based training will be conducted in person on site at our San Antoinio office location near the airport.

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding product offerings.
• Outbound calling to past customers and online customer order requests
• Efficiently process product orders, arrange delivery appointments, and process associated payments.
• Ensure all required information for the order is documented accurately in the required systems.
• Resolve any customer concerns about their order.
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service.
• Participate in training programs.
• Optimize call time to drive daily productivity.

• A minimum of two years customer service experience preferably within a sales support environment
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of basic mathematical principles.
• Lead by example through positive communication, professional overall demeanor, and time and attendance
• Able to accept feedback and implement those changes.
• Highly organized, able to prioritize and have great time management skills.
• Proficient computer skills including e-mail, internet, Word, and Excel.

Candidates must be available during operating hours:

• Monday through Saturday 7am to 4pm CST

To work remotely, employees must:

• Connect through a U.S.
  
  -based internet provider (no VPN).
• Use a secure internet connection (Ethernet preferred).
• Maintain reliable internet speeds of at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
