If you're someone who enjoys helping people, communicating with customers, and making sure things get handled correctly, Farmers Insurance Wang Agency is looking for an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This position is focused on supporting our existing customers and helping them navigate their insurance needs. You'll answer incoming calls, assist with policy questions and account updates, follow up with customers when needed, and help create the kind of experience that keeps clients confident in their insurance agency.

You don't have to come from an insurance background to be considered. Previous insurance experience is helpful, but we're also interested in candidates with strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills who are motivated to learn a new industry.

What You'll Be Responsible For?

Your primary focus will be taking care of existing customers and helping make their interactions with our agency as smooth and efficient as possible.

You'll manage incoming service requests while also following up with customers when additional information or assistance is needed.

Core Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls regarding policies, account updates, and service questions
• Make outbound follow-up calls to customers when needed
• Assist customers with insurance-related questions and requests
• Provide accurate and efficient customer service
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients
• Help ensure customer concerns and requests receive appropriate follow-through
• Develop knowledge of available insurance products and services
• Stay informed about relevant insurance procedures and industry requirements

We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about customer service, proactive, and professional. The ideal Customer Service Representative will possess:

• Bilingual skills (preferred but not required).
• Property & Casualty General Lines License or willing to obtain
• Previous experience in the insurance industry (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
