Service Business Development Coordinator

Location:

Vara Chevrolet (IH-35 South, San Antonio TX 78224)

Schedule:

Full-Time | 5-day work week with alternating Saturdays | Closed Sundays

Vara Chevrolet is growing, and we are looking for a Service Business Development Coordinator to be the welcoming voice of our service department. If you have a positive, "can-do" attitude and love helping people, we want to hear from you!

• Customer Communication:
  Answer incoming service calls, schedule appointments, and provide timely status updates.
• Inquiry Management:
  Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across BDC tools, automated systems, and email.
• Outbound Outreach:
  Contact past and current customers regarding factory recalls and recommended maintenance.
• Service Follow-Ups:
  Re-engage customers who previously declined services, recalls, or special-order parts.
• Administrative Support:
  Create internal repair orders and manage loaner vehicle services.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

• Experience:
  
  At least one prior role in customer service.
• Skills:
  
  Excellent communication, strong reliability, and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Requirements:
  Valid driver's license and a positive attitude.
• Spanish speaker is preferred
• Dealership experience is preferred
