Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Agent with experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, VIP customer service, premium travel, or Customer Experience/QA. You will support VIP clients, review AI interactions, and provide feedback to improve an AI-powered luxury concierge service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex VIP requests through phone and live chat.
• Review AI conversations for accuracy, tone, and service quality.
• Identify service gaps and provide feedback to product/engineering teams.
• Use CRM, chat, and other technology tools.

Requirements

• 1 2 years of relevant customer service, luxury hospitality, concierge, or QA experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong empathy, attention to detail, and emotional intelligence.
• Comfortable learning and using technology/AI tools.
