Role overview

Join a dedicated inbound contact center team assisting rental car customers with questions related to tolls and violations incurred during their rental period. This is a customer-facing service role focused on first-call resolution, payment processing, and clear documentation within a structured training and growth environment.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for rental car customers with toll or violation inquiries, providing account status, education, and one-stop resolution
• Process payments and resolve product or service-related issues accurately while navigating multiple computer applications
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, customer-focused demeanor and adapt communication style to the audience
• Build and apply knowledge of internal products, processes, and systems to deliver accurate information
• Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in case management tools
• Use Windows-based applications and online resources confidently while handling concurrent customer needs

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a fast-paced inbound call center
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse personalities
• Reliability in schedule adherence and attendance, with flexibility to work any shift between 8:30 AM and 8:30 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday, and 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern on Saturdays
