Customer Service Associate - Other Health Insurance (OHI)

San Antonio (location is non-negotiable)

The Customer Service Associate - Other Health Insurance will take in-bound calls from providers, Medicaid members and representatives from the other health insurance.  The CSA may also make outbound calls to health insurance carriers to verify private health insurance information and update the client records.

Responsibilities

+ Take inbound calls from providers and client representatives

+ Perform outbound calls to other health insurance carriers to verify private health insurance information as needed

+ Collect policy information from callers

+ Verify Medicaid clients' insurance information

+ Accurately enter insurance data into database

+ Maintain quality score of 98% or better

+ Perform special research

+ Perform other duties as assigned

+ Observe professional standards of conduct, including attendance, professional behavior, and dress code

Job Requirements

+ Must meet Accenture's Primary Residential Location policy for the San Antonio office location

+ Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time

+ Position will require employees to work on-site/100% in the office for the first six months

Basic Qualifications

+ Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or contact center experience

+ Minimum 1 year of Microsoft Officer experience

Preferred Qualifications

+ Medical Insurance experience

+ MS Office to include Excel

+ Problem solving abilities

+ Organizational skills

+ Analytical and research skills
