We are actively seeking a dentist to join our growing team. The dentist will help support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community and create more smiles and memorable experiences for patients of all ages. Our team believes in teamwork and truly cares about our patients.

We are in search of an energetic and motivated general dentist. The General Dentist must be comfortable treating all ages and be self‑motivated to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Preference given to the following:

  • Able to perform root canals and surgical extractions

The position is a high compensation for the right candidate with a compensation production structure.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
  • Diagnose and treat dental issues, including cavities, gum disease, and other oral health conditions.
  • Perform various dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals (endodontics), and crowns.
  • Utilize four‑handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.
  • Educate patients on oral health practices and preventative care strategies.
  • Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques, including dental fabrication.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience working in a dental clinic setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Dentrix software for patient management is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health and dentistry practices.
  • Previous experience in pediatric dentistry is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and compassion towards patients.
