Dental Hygienist (Full Time or Part Time)

About the Organization:
Texas Dental and Braces PLLC (TDB) serves patients, employees, and the community. Our mission is to set a standard of excellence in dental care and beyond.

Full‑time or part‑time (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday) with pay $45 to $55 per hour.

• Perform professional dental cleanings including scaling, root planing, and polishing
• Conduct oral health assessments and periodontal charting
• Identify early signs of cavities, gum disease, and other oral health concerns
• Take dental X‑rays, intraoral photos, and iTero scans
• Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants
• Educate patients on brushing, flossing, and preventative oral care
• Assist doctors during exams and collaborate on treatment planning
• Maintain accurate digital patient records and documentation
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license (required)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene
• Strong understanding of infection control and patient safety standards
• Experience with dental software and digital records preferred
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Friendly, compassionate, and professional approach to patient care
