This is far more than a front desk position. As the Treatment Plan Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in guiding patients through important treatment decisions while helping them understand their care, financial options, and next steps.
You'll work alongside a talented clinical team in a modern, multi-specialty practice offering:
- General Dentistry
- Dental Implants
- Full Mouth Rehabilitation
- Clear Aligner Orthodontics
- Periodontics
- Oral Surgery
Your ability to educate patients, build confidence, and increase case acceptance will directly impact both patient outcomes and practice growth.
What You'll Do:
- Present treatment plans in a clear, compassionate, and confident manner
- Explain insurance benefits, patient financial responsibility, and financing options
- Help patients understand complex, multi-phase treatment plans
- Build lasting relationships that encourage patients to move forward with recommended care
- Maintain follow-up systems for unscheduled treatment plans
- Contact patients by phone, text, and email to answer questions and help them schedule treatment
- Coordinate with doctors and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Track case acceptance and treatment conversion metrics
- Support patients through financing options such as Care Credit and similar programs
