We are a private, fee-for-service practice focused on providing excellent clinical care and an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for a hygienist who understands that their role includes not only providing excellent hygiene care but also educating patients, supporting the team, and contributing to the growth of the practice.

Minimum 3 years of clinical dental hygiene experience

Strong periodontal assessment and clinical skills

Able to independently seat patients, take diagnostic X-rays, turn over the operatory, and keep the schedule running efficiently

Confident discussing appropriate treatment opportunities, including Invisalign, whitening, periodontal care, and cosmetic dentistry

Willing to create smile simulations and help patients understand options for improving their smiles

Comfortable asking satisfied patients for online reviews

Proactive and willing to participate in practice growth initiatives

Dependable, punctual, organized, and professional

Strong communication and patient relationship skills

Team-oriented and willing to contribute wherever needed

Must have at least three years of clinical experience

Must be licensed in the state of Texas

Up to $45 an hour depending on experience
