At Brooks Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics , we believe our team is the heart of our practice. We're looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is positive, dependable, and passionate about providing outstanding patient care in a fun, family-focused environment.
What You'll Do:As part of our clinical team, you'll help create an exceptional experience for every patient while working alongside our doctors and team. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting the dentist during pediatric dental procedures
- Taking digital X-rays, impressions, scans, and dental records
- Preparing treatment rooms and patients for procedures
- Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control protocols
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Educating patients and parents on oral hygiene and treatment plans
- Helping keep the clinic running smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service
- Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License
- Current BLS certification
- At least 2 years of dental assisting experience
- Strong chairside and four-handed dentistry skills
- Excellent communication and patient care skillsA positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Experience working with pediatric patients
