Clinic Manager; Dental

Responsible for clinic management support by planning and coordinating the day-to-day operations of clinical services as it relates to patient and staff members within a clinic setting.

• Manages, plans and coordinates the day-to-day operations of clinical services.
• Supervises staff and clinic schedule/workflow and implements/monitors approved policies and procedures.
• Provides administrative oversight and support for the delivery of patient services; acting as liaison with patients, businesses, academic administration and faculty to include planning for space allocation and prudent resource utilization between the locations.
• Interviews, selects, trains, develops and evaluates employee performance.
• Manages activity in meeting patient and revenue targets in line with budgets and gathers/analyzes relevant activity data.
• Manages relationships and requirements at local level.
• May travel between locations in providing day-to-day oversight to more than one location in maintaining physical resources efficient and cost effective while creating a safe environment.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of concepts, practices and policies with the ability to use them in complex varied situations.
• Ability to lead operational initiatives to meet or exceed service standards and expectations in assigned unit(s) and/or across multiple areas in a timely and respectful manner.
• Ability to make decisions guided by precedents, policies and objectives.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience working in Dental clinics is highly preferred.

• Five (5) years of clinical experience relevant to assigned clinic practice is required.
