Instructional Design Lead

Solugenix is assisting a client, a prestigious and large investment management company in their search for an Instructional Design Lead.

This is a production-based role. Working with a Project Sponsor, the appropriate candidate will be responsible for leading projects, both as an individual contributor and/or with a team of other instructional designers, through the instructional design process which includes all phases of the ADDIE model (analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate). They will manage their work and the work of other Instructional Designer associates and/or contractors.

• In-depth knowledge of instructional design skills and adult learning theories.
• Ability to prioritize work and complete it promptly.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong detail orientation, organizational, time management, and multitasking.
• Learning agility, as required for work assignments.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of remote teams.
• Ability to lead projects of low to moderate complexity, including change management.
• Ability to effectively plan and oversee the work of others.
• Demonstrates initiative by identifying issues and recommending solutions.

• Ability to lead instructional design project team associates as they complete all phases in the ADDIE process, including change management.
• Skilled in all phases of the ADDIE model.
• Ability to develop in various modalities: e.g., ILT/VILT, eLearning, self-paced, & asynchronous digital classroom.
• Development technical skills, including tools such as Articulate 360 - Storyline and Rise, and Camtasia.
• Assessment/Test design and development.

• Adobe Audition, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience recording and editing audio.
• MS SharePoint Online experience (load, check-in, check out documents).
