JOB SUMMARY:In this role, you will support architectural design development, drafting, and multidisciplinary project coordination by producing high-quality Revit-based drawings and construction documentation. The Architectural Designer / Revit Coordinator supports architects, project managers, and consulting teams while contributing across all phases of architectural projects, from schematic design through construction documentation. This role plays an important part in ensuring accurate, coordinated, and code-compliant project deliverables for a growing architectural firm.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER / REVIT COORDINATOR PAY & DETAILS:$24 - $34 an hour
Monday to Friday, 8 AM- 6 PM.

Weekly Pay via direct deposit or pay card

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER / REVIT COORDINATOR DUTIES:Develop architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit to support accurate project delivery
Assist with design development, space planning, and technical detailing across multiple project phases
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants including structural, MEP, and other multidisciplinary partners
Support schematic design, design development, and construction documentation processes
Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes, project specifications, and industry standards
Participate in project meetings and assist in resolving design and coordination challenges
Contribute to production workflows, project schedules, and deliverable deadlines

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER / REVIT COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIRED:Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must pass a background check and drug screen
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
3-5+ years of experience in architectural design and production
Strong proficiency in Revit and construction documentation production

Experience with drafting, detailing, and technical documentation
Strong understanding of architectural design principles and building systems
Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and consultants
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
PREFERRED:

Experience with AutoCAD and architectural visualization tools
Experience working within an architectural or design firm environment
Additional experience with production coordination or project support workflows
