The Design Manager leads the Apex design team and puts clear processes in place to improve efficiency, teamwork, and design accuracy. This role guides both the creative and operational side of the work, helping projects move smoothly from concept to customer presentation, to production and installation.

• 3+ years of design experience in signage, manufacturing, architecture, or related fields (preferred)
• Leadership experience managing or mentoring designers
• Strong understanding of production‑ready design (preferred)
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Corel
  
  DRAW, and AutoCAD (preferred)
