This is a leadership role for an architect who combines design excellence, technical expertise, and the ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams while building trusted relationships with clients.

• Lead the creative vision and technical execution of complex architectural projects.
• Act as the primary client partner throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive quality, schedule, and project performance from concept through delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architecture, BIM, MEP, structural engineering, and external consultants.
• Present design solutions and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and make informed decisions to keep projects on track.
• Foster collaboration while maintaining the highest standards of design and technical excellence.

• Degree in Architecture with extensive experience leading large-scale, complex projects.
• Outstanding design judgment supported by strong technical expertise.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced English proficiency is required, as you'll collaborate with international clients and teams.
