Interior Designer – Gpac – San Antonio, TX

We are looking for an Interior Designer with start‑to‑finish project experience seeking growth and a leadership role.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design.
• 5-12 years of experience in all phases of architectural projects with emphasis on interior design.
• Architectural license required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Experience in commercial, recreation, public sector, public works, sustainable, municipal/government projects preferred.
• Strong technical, code and detailing skills for quality documentation.
• Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment.
• Proactive written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to support both management and design by integrating design requirements with architecture.
• LEED accreditation is an asset.
• NCIDQ accreditation preferred.

• Responsible for start‑to‑finish project management.
• Consult with clients on creation, presentation of interior design concepts and needs.
• Define project requirements and develop design criteria.
• Schedule, estimate, budget and plan to complete projects – drawings, models, images, material specifications.
• Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects.
• Professional client development skills.
• Leadership skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally.

$70,000–$110,000 (negotiable based on experience). Excellent benefits package (401(k), health, dental, bonus).
