We are looking for experienced Project Director to join our growing team in San Antonio, Texas.

We are seeking a Design Director with the creative vision, technical expertise, and leadership experience to guide projects from initial concept through construction documentation and execution. This role is ideal for a senior architect who is equally comfortable developing bold design concepts, leading multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with clients, and ensuring the highest standards of design and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creative and technical design vision of projects from concept through construction documents and execution.
  • Direct and guide design teams while collaborating with multidisciplinary consultants, including structural, MEP, and BIM teams.
  • Review and approve design concepts, presentations, technical documentation, and project deliverables.
  • Ensure projects meet the highest standards for quality, schedule, budget, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop architects, designers, and consultants.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and participate in client presentations, meetings, and project discussions.
  • Drive design excellence, innovation, and consistency across projects.
  • Resolve complex design and project challenges while maintaining the overall vision, quality, and integrity of the work.
  • Collaborate with project leadership to ensure successful project execution from design development through completion.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Licensed Architect.
  • Proven experience in architecture and planning.
  • Experience leading medium- to large-scale projects, including high-rise residential, luxury residential, hospitality, hotels, mixed-use developments, offices, stadiums, or shopping centers.
  • Strong experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with consultants.
  • Proven experience in design leadership and project execution.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and U.S. regulations.
  • Proficiency in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and architectural presentation tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, leadership, and client relationship skills.
  • Experience working in the U.S. market is highly valued.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Starting Salary: $120,000+, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.

Variable Compensation: 10%–30% of annual salary based on individual and company performance objectives.

Health Insurance: 50% company coverage of employee health insurance, including vision and dental.

Holiday

Schedule:

Half-day schedule on December 24 and December 31.

Year-End Bonus: Equivalent to up to 45 days of salary, subject to individual and company performance objectives and completion of one full calendar year of service.
