Position Available:Production Designer
Job Summary:
Production Designer I r supports the development and execution of private label packaging and product artwork across multiple retail and consumer packaged goods (CPG) programs. Working closely with the Senior Production Designer, this role is responsible for following brand guidelines and packaging specifications, implementing packaging updates, and preparing pres-ready artwork for printing. This role is also responsible for executing design artwork, product renderings, and customer presentation materials.
Collaboration with internal team members is key to delivering high-quality outputs that align with business objectives.
- Support the Senior Production Designer with the development, revision, and production of packaging artwork and private label materials.
- Create and update production-ready packaging files following established brand guidelines, printer specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
- Execute artwork revisions including regulatory updates, product claims, sustainability logos, legal copy, and customer-required edits.
- Prepare print-ready files for packaging production while ensuring specification requirements are accurately followed.
- Execute product renderings, physical and digital mockups, and visual presentations for customer bid opportunities, design concepts, and new product initiatives.
- Conduct independent research on creative trends, packaging best practices, and product design to develop a strong point of view and strategy for each customer and category.
- Documents/execute design with detail and scale in various formats.
- Work directly with Creative Operations, ArchPoint Creative, and other internal stakeholders to prioritize and execute deliverables for Acadian customers.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of graphic design experience.
- BS/BA/BFA in graphic design or related field.
- Able to handle multiple tasks at once, including detailed and complex information.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize client deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a high level of drive and initiative.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintains quality, accuracy, and compliance throughout the production process.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Macintosh Adobe Creative Suite:
Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Microsoft:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
