- Manage model submissions, QA/QC checks, and maintain model audit trails and revision control.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on Revit best practices, modeling standards and BIM/VDC workflows.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors and subcontractors to integrate BIM deliverables into project schedules and field operations.
- Extract quantities, generate site logistics models, and prepare clash and coordination reports for stakeholder review.
- Continuously improve BIM/VDC processes, templates and libraries to increase efficiency and support prefabrication and offsite construction initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in Revit (required) with hands-on experience producing and coordinating multi-discipline models.

- Experience using AutoCAD and ability to manage interoperability between CAD and Revit models (nice to have).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead coordination meetings and liaise with design and construction teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects or priorities.
- BIM/VDC certifications (Autodesk Revit Certified, Navisworks, or equivalent) and prior exposure to 4D/5D workflows are beneficial.
