We’re growing our San Antonio office and looking for a talented Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect who is passionate about thoughtful design, enjoys working directly with clients, and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping projects from concept through construction.

As a key member of our San Antonio team, you will contribute to all phases of the design process, including:
- Developing creative and functional landscape architecture solutions
- Preparing design drawings, construction documents, and bid packages
- Producing site plans, planting plans, hardscape plans, and project details
- Collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors, and team members
- Participating in site visits, client meetings, and project presentations
- Assisting with project proposals and project development efforts
- Coordinating project documentation and supporting construction administration activities
- Contributing ideas that strengthen both project outcomes and studio culture
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture
- Approximately 3–5 years of professional experience in a landscape architecture firm
- Strong design, graphic, and problem-solving skills
- Experience preparing construction documents and technical drawings
- Proficiency with:
- AutoCAD
- Sketch Up
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multi-office team
- Professional landscape architecture licensure, or active pursuit of licensure
- Adobe Photoshop experience
- Experience with visualization and real-time rendering software
- Experience presenting design concepts to clients and stakeholders
- Experience with San Antonio Ordinances

- Salary: $60,000–$75,000
, based on experience and qualifications - Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)
